For orders shipped within the United States, customers are not required to pay additional import duties to Haverel upon delivery.

However, errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues, typographical mistakes, system updates, or inventory changes.

If we discover a clear pricing error, product listing error, or inventory issue after an order is placed, we may contact you for confirmation, update the order where possible, or cancel the affected order.

If Haverel cancels an order after payment has been captured, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation if they have not entered processing, packing, production, dispatch, or shipping preparation.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, production, dispatch, or shipping preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

After an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. You may request a return after delivery under our Refund Policy if the item is eligible.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or other payment provider.

Approved refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days after approval or return inspection, where applicable. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
